Academia Nippori runs daily English immersion sessions for Spanish speakers across Latin America. They don't need grammar lessons. They need someone real to talk to. That's where you come in.
Just talk
You guide the conversation using a pre-made weekly guide we send you. No lesson planning, no prep time, no curriculum to follow.
No corrections
You never correct grammar or pronunciation. Ever. Students learn by doing — by actually speaking. Your job is to keep it flowing, not fix it.

Biweekly payment
Paid every two weeks, on time, every time. We issue invoices or receipts depending on your setup — we'll help you figure it out.

Good hosts get more groups. 1 group = $6K/month. 2 groups = $12K/month. Grow at your own pace — there's no cap.

Opening question — everyone shares
You kick it off with the opening question from the guide. Students answer one by one. You react, follow up, keep the energy up.
Discussion — you ask follow-ups, keep it flowing
The group digs deeper into the topic. Your job: ask the next question, spark debate, make sure everyone gets a turn. Think talk show host, not teacher.
Breakout pairs — students talk 1-on-1
You split the group into pairs using Google Meet breakout rooms. They talk to each other. You float between rooms, listening in, keeping it alive.
Wrap up — share useful phrases, close with energy
Bring everyone back. Share 3–4 useful phrases from the guide. Close the session with good energy. Students leave feeling great.

Got questions?
Nope. Sessions are 100% in English. Students come specifically to speak English, so the rule is English only the entire session. Some very basic Spanish might help for logistics outside of sessions, but it's not required.
$300 MXN per session. One group runs 20 sessions/month = $6,000 MXN/month ($350 USD). Two groups = ~$12,000 MXN/month. Paid biweekly. We handle the invoicing setup if you need help.
Life happens — we get it. We ask for 48-hour notice so we can arrange coverage. Occasional absences are completely fine. Chronic or last-minute ones aren't sustainable, so consistency is important to us.
It's a freelance / contractor role. You invoice us for your sessions. If you've never invoiced before or need help setting up a RFC in Mexico, no worries — we walk you through it. It's simpler than it sounds.
We send you a weekly guide every Monday with the topic, 5–8 discussion questions, breakout instructions, and a list of useful phrases for the wrap-up. Everything is prepared — you just show up, follow the guide, and bring your energy.
Sessions run weekdays, Monday–Friday. The exact time slot depends on the group's schedule. During the application process, we share available time slots and try to match them to your availability. Some are mornings, some evenings.
